Recently you sent me a survey to provide feedback on my experience in leasing a new BMW. While I understand the importance of obtaining customer feedback, I also realize most surveys are designed so the customer will actually complete it and return it quickly. I do the same thing in my business. However, since surveys are so abbreviated, numbered ratings do not tell the entire story. Therefore, I would like to expand my responses.
After having a very disappointing experience at two other BMW dealers, I contacted BMW North America and was referred to New Century. I had made the decision to lease a new 2010. I was assigned to Mr. Tai Yang. I very much appreciate that decision. Even though there were some rough spots and unforeseen situations during the process, none of which were Tai's responsibility, I am very pleased with the entire experience. Tai was and is very professional. He constantly communicated with me and demonstrated that excellent customer service is his standard. I also want to mention the very positive experience I had with Mr. Mike Delgado. Mike trained me on the various technical aspects of the car. He displayed excellent teaching skills and customer service interactions.
I could not be more pleased with my new X5, and the excellent customer service I have experience at New Century with Mr. Yang and Mr. Delgado. I look forward to this continuing when I bring my vehicle in for service and maintenance. I do hope you give this personal letter as much, if not more, weight to the survey you received from me. I realize BMW, as my company does, strives for a perfect "10" rating across the board. No interaction between people can be perfect. I wanted to take the time to inform you of my recent experience with Justin Wong, your Internet Sales Manager. I have been shopping for BMWs, Jaguars and Porsches over the last 2 months at different dealerships with varying amounts of success. I had leased a new M5 at your dealership almost 10 years ago, but was shopping ad dealerships closer to my house (Rolling Hills Estates).
Let me start off by saying that Justin is the most honest car salesman I've met in my wide search and his upfront policy on pricing was what really won me over. Justin was never afraid to quote me a price by email, which made my search that much easier. It also told me that he wasn't hiding anything and wasn't afraid to compare prices with other dealers. It showed confidence in his ability and confidence that New Century BMW could beat any price and earn my business. I felt very comfortable dealing with New Century BMW because Justin never played games and always answered all of my questions honestly. Many dealerships are afraid to quote a price, and to me that tells me they are hiding something and cannot be trusted. Luckily I came across Justin and New Century BMW.
In addition, Justin has been very professional to work with. He always responds quickly, and can anticipate my needs. I can't stress enough how impressed I was in working with him. He made me feel like I was his most important customer, even though he has so many customers to deal with. Justin is a star on your staff, and you should do whatever is necessary to keep him at your dealership. He is a definite asset.
As a result, I leased a Certified Pre Owned M6 from Justin and my mother just bought a new 2010 650i from Justin as well. He made both transactions very smooth and seamless. You can count on us to look to New Century BMW first when we are in the market for a new car.

Last week my wife and I bought a 2007 CPO 530i, and had the good fortune of having Justin assist us. He is a man of integrity and honesty.
Not once did I feel I was being "sold". Justin was courteous and knowledgeable and helped me through a process I have never enjoyed. When he said he would do something he immediately followed up, and he has been instrumental since the purchase of the vehicle in helping to resolve some minor problems with it.
Neither my wife or I ever felt as if once Justin sold us the car he was on to the next sale. He has spent a good deal of time (as have other member of your team) endeavoring to make our experience a positive one.
While I have been impressed with the professionalism of all the staff at New Century, Justin stands out.
I don't know if this sort of commendation can become part of his personnel file, but I hope so. I believe Justin embodies the BMW spirit and goes over and above in helping his clients.

This morning we were able to drive our new BMW 328i from your dealership feeling so thrilled! It is still hard for us to believe that our dream car is finally parked in our driveway at home. For everything that transpired in this transaction we would like to commend and thank two of your staff members namely: Alex Velasco and Barry Hsu who did such an outstanding job in making this dream come true.
This is the 4th car we have purchased from a car dealership. Nothing compares to these 2 men in terms of service delivery, making sure that their customer goes home extremely satisfied and truly proud to be a BMW owner!
Alex was exceptionally helpful and very encouraging. Unlike our previous experiences with most salesmen, we never felt the pressure from him. Instead, he painstakingly explained all options available and bent over backwards by making several trips to your office to be our advocate. After talking to him a few hours while we were there, it felt as if we’ve been long time friends, even sharing family pictures and personal stories!
Barry is a very efficient worker and knows his trade well. Just like Alex, he too went an extra mile in working out the best deal for our financing. We had already taken the car home and in the evening, Alex called to inform us that Barry had gotten us an even lower rate. Remarkable job!
My Husband and I have both work in the healthcare business, always giving of ourselves to our patients. It felt so good to be on the receiving end and meet people who are not only there to do business with, but people who treated us as if we were family on the first meeting! You should be extremely proud to have them both on your team!

Excellent! Long story short. This is my 6th BMW, don’t like the service at Assael BMW, switched to your place and loved it. I had a Mercedes and traded it in for another BMW last year. I turned many of my friends who are Mercedes Fans to own a BMW, and now they thank me for doing that. I was amazed by the fast and effective service you offered, after I signed the release paper at the cashier and was on my way walking to the front door to pick up my car, Bam! My BMW was there already waiting, nice and cleaned! Perfect! I have to give credit to your staff, they are so friendly and professional, great assets of your company. I am an oncologist and have a very busy schedule. Unfortunately, my 535i experienced sudden engine trouble and required an immediate attention and repair. New Century BMW service rep on the phone was able to get me in right away and provided me an Enterprise rental car since they did not have any BMW loaner available. My service agent, was absolutely professional, friendly, and efficient. I have had two encounters with him at this dealership so far, and he is without a doubt, a top-rated agent.
