My wife and I would like to "THANK YOU" for excellent job by one of your employee - Mark Hseih. Last Saturday (03/21/2009) we was on our B-day trip to Las Vegas, when "Flat Tire" Message pop up on our iDrive screen. We turn around and slowly drive to nearest BMW center witch was New Century BMW. It was a long line of cars (almost all of them has appointments) waiting for service. When I told Mark that this my wife B-Day present and that more then 10 friends waiting for us in Vegas with all reservation for that evening - Mark help as. He take car of our problem, call someone in service department, make all arrangement and at the end we got our car back in 1 hr.
Mark excellent work and willingness to help - great example how all employee around should work to make customer happy.

I just wanted to take a moment to commend Justin Wong.
Last week my wife and I bought a 2007 CPO 530i, and had the good fortune of having Justin assist us. He is a man of integrity and honesty.
Not once did I feel I was being "sold". Justin was courteous and knowledgeable and helped me through a process I have never enjoyed. When he said he would do something he immediately followed up, and he has been instrumental since the purchase of the vehicle in helping to resolve some minor problems with it.
Neither my wife or I ever felt as if once Justin sold us the car he was on to the next sale. He has spent a good deal of time (as have other member of your team) endeavoring to make our experience a positive one.
While I have been impressed with the professionalism of all the staff at New Century, Justin stands out.
I don't know if this sort of commendation can become part of his personnel file, but I hope so. I believe Justin embodies the BMW spirit and goes over and above in helping his clients.

I wanted to personally acknowledge one of New Century's newest team members, Sal Rubino. Sal is truly a worldclass service advisor and a great addition to the NC team. Unfortunately I had a recurring electrical/battery problem with my three month old 750Li but Sal and the technician/service team diagnosed and solved the problem in an expeditious and very professional manner.
This is my seventh BMW but first from New Century. It is attention to detail and the service experience provided by Sal that will keep me coming back to New Century.

I wasn't sure if I'd receive a follow up survey to my visit today since it was so close to my last visit so I thought I'd send you a quick email.
Let me begin by saying my previous concerns as outlined in my survey and expressed to BMWNA have been ameliorated. Your staff, particularly Paolo Rivero took care of my car in a very professional and expeditious fashion. The problems I outlined to Paolo were resolved to my satisfaction. Paolo is a very serious and professional young man who on my visits to New Century has strived to insure that my needs were met. Although it seemed that I was getting off to a rocky start with the service departments at both New Century and Savage BMW I can say based on this last visit that I'm completely satisfied with the work, and the customer relations exhibited by your staff. As unhappy as I was last time, this visit has converted me to a confirmed New Century BMW customer. I know sometimes we tend to dwell on the negative, but I wanted you to know that your staff made my last encounter a very positive experience.

I wanted to take the time to inform you of my recent experience with Justin Wong, your Internet Sales Manager. I have been shopping for BMWs, Jaguars and Porsches over the last 2 months at different dealerships with varying amounts of success. I had leased a new M5 at your dealership almost 10 years ago, but was shopping ad dealerships closer to my house (Rolling Hills Estates).
Let me start off by saying that Justin is the most honest car salesman I've met in my wide search and his upfront policy on pricing was what really won me over. Justin was never afraid to quote me a price by email, which made my search that much easier. It also told me that he wasn't hiding anything and wasn't afraid to compare prices with other dealers. It showed confidence in his ability and confidence that New Century BMW could beat any price and earn my business. I felt very comfortable dealing with New Century BMW because Justin never played games and always answered all of my questions honestly. Many dealerships are afraid to quote a price, and to me that tells me they are hiding something and cannot be trusted. Luckily I came across Justin and New Century BMW.
In addition, Justin has been very professional to work with. He always responds quickly, and can anticipate my needs. I can't stress enough how impressed I was in working with him. He made me feel like I was his most important customer, even though he has so many customers to deal with. Justin is a star on your staff, and you should do whatever is necessary to keep him at your dealership. He is a definite asset.
As a result, I leased a Certified Pre Owned M6 from Justin and my mother just bought a new 2010 650i from Justin as well. He made both transactions very smooth and seamless. You can count on us to look to New Century BMW first when we are in the market for a new car.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Martin Loera who provided me with 10+ service and really went out of his way to help me with a problem on my X-5!! This morning we were able to drive our new BMW 328i from your dealership feeling so thrilled! It is still hard for us to believe that our dream car is finally parked in our driveway at home. For everything that transpired in this transaction we would like to commend and thank two of your staff members namely: Alex Velasco and Barry Hsu who did such an outstanding job in making this dream come true.
This is the 4th car we have purchased from a car dealership. Nothing compares to these 2 men in terms of service delivery, making sure that their customer goes home extremely satisfied and truly proud to be a BMW owner!
Alex was exceptionally helpful and very encouraging. Unlike our previous experiences with most salesmen, we never felt the pressure from him. Instead, he painstakingly explained all options available and bent over backwards by making several trips to your office to be our advocate. After talking to him a few hours while we were there, it felt as if we’ve been long time friends, even sharing family pictures and personal stories!
Barry is a very efficient worker and knows his trade well. Just like Alex, he too went an extra mile in working out the best deal for our financing. We had already taken the car home and in the evening, Alex called to inform us that Barry had gotten us an even lower rate. Remarkable job!
My Husband and I have both work in the healthcare business, always giving of ourselves to our patients. It felt so good to be on the receiving end and meet people who are not only there to do business with, but people who treated us as if we were family on the first meeting! You should be extremely proud to have them both on your team!
GREAT experience! I drove in at 7:30am on a Friday with a nail in my tire and left at 8:30am with it repaired and on my way to work! This is yet another reminder of why I will never buy or service a car anywhere else! Thanks for your continued customer focused service!

The staff and most importantly the service advisor that assisted me was very professional and made my first time experience very comforting.
