The initial intake at service was fine, and no charge was listed on my work order to replace an insured tire. When I came to pick up my car, I was charged almost $100. Best BMW Collision center. The best part of this center is that it’s also Tesla certified . So I was able to get my repairs done through insurance smoothly. Jorge Alvarado was the agent assigned to me and he did a really good job by staying in touch with me the whole month giving regular updates. Repairs done perfectly . My car looks brand new . Pricing is similar to other BMW centers but thats pretty much how all certified centers cost. Overall I’d recommend this center over the others!
They are a high life saver for getting my car serviced. I had been quoted a pretty unreasonably high price at another bmw dealership but heard that new century knew what they were doing. Gary Li in particular was very helpful, listened to my unique situation, took the initiative to research it, solved the issue and saved me a ton of money. I drove 50 miles to get to this dealership vs the one closer to home and it was absolutely worth it.

Elvis is professional, personable, and knowledgeable, which made for a smooth and enjoyable transaction. This is our third purchase experience with Elvis (all at New Century BMW) and he has consistently conducted himself in a respectful and honest manner. Sean in financing was equally professional. An added bonus was receiving expert guidance regarding the features on our new vehicle from the New Century resident BMW Genius.

The recall service on my 2008 328i was professional, fast, easy and there was no upselling to deal with. Overall it was a good experience.

Service advisor was on it, however the format of the dealership left much to desire. If you are not familiar with New Century BMW’s process, you would literally be lost when you enter the dealership. There is no dedicated person or desk to approach upon arrival. No one to greet you or direct you to the right location. Good luck figuring out where to go or who to speak to if you don’t see your service advisor.

I came in with a flat tire and Kevin explained the options for my replacements very promptly and worked with me to figure out the best course of action for my vehicle. The tires were in stock so Kevin was able to help me get my car back on the same day which was a huge convenience on my behalf. I have never felt comfortable going to my previous dealership; however, after switching to New Century and working with Gus, I no longer feel that way. Gus is by far the best. He is honest, helpful and patient. I am very thankful to him.

The staff here were great. I actually moved to this center from another BMW service center with poor service. I felt taken care of and that the prices were transparent and fair. My only complaint is that it took almost an hour to get me checked in. But they were also a little short staffed today. All in all it was a good experience. I’ll be back !
